Description
Blood that would have been produced during the extra time in the womb usually has to be supplied by transfusion. This Is one of the most difficult operation in care of prematures, since finding the delicate vein require great skill. The expert giving this transfusion has shown exceptional ability and has given 600 transfusions to prematures. Blood from either father or mother, depending on blood group, is usually given. A test is taken immediately to establish these facts and the need.
