Description
A nurse holds paracetomol tablets. She'll give these to the mother of the child she has just vaccinated, so that the mother can give to her child in case she has fever after vaccination. The fear of fever after vaccination was one major reason parents have given for not vaccinating their children, as they couldn't afford to take a day off work with a sick child. Paracetomol, coupled with improved communication from health workers, can help to allay parent's concerns. Gurugaram District, Haryana State, August 2019.
