Description LAS BASES (detail)



Sculpture, column shape, decorated with six green patina bas-relief.



It is inspired by the artwork entitled «Les Bases» of Juan Bautista Alberdi representing the basis of the Argentinian constitution: “Democracy – Freedom – Justice”. 
Donated by Mexico on the occasion of the opening of the WHO building in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1966.
