Travelling seminar in the WHO European region
Description
Pooling of experiences between MD’s. Twenty participants from 19 countries took part in a WHO travelling seminar in the USSR on the organization of epidemiological services and their role in the control of communicable diseases. The Participants visited about 20 sanitary, epidemiological and medical establishments in Moscow and in the Azerbaidzhanian SSR, and thus were able to observe many of the methods and techniques used in the USSR.
