Description
The Seishi Ryogo En, founded in 1937, is Japan's first "hospital, school and home" community centre for the rehabilitation of crippled children. With the aid of WHO and UNICEF, it has now become a training demonstration centre for the entire country and provides guidance and information for 17 similar institutions functioning in Japan.
Surgery, too, is done at the Seishi Ryogo En in Tokyo. This is an operation of a congenital hip dislocation case.
