Description
Dr Shakya Sagar, a WHO Surveillance Medical Officer, stands with Dr Dhruba Shrestha, a pediatrician at the Siddhi Memorial Hospital in Baktapur in the Kathmandu Valley. If Dr Shrestha suspects a child has a vaccine-preventable disease such as polio or measles, he calls Dr Sagar, who would investigate the child and report the case.
