Description A day in the life of Jody Bell - Assistive technology changes lives.

Jody Bell is a young girl born with profound hearing loss. Jody started using hearing aids as a baby and continues to use a variety of assistive technology in her life today. In Jody’s words, assistive technology enables her to ‘live a full and independent life’.

Morning routine.

WHO estimates that one billion people around the world need assistive technology but only one in 10 have access. WHO is working to improve access and enable more people to live full and independent lives.
